First Time Login Instructions For Current NPC Members and Regular Attendees

If this is your first time to log in to Web Tools and you are a current member or regular attendee of Northminster, your information should already be in our database. There are two options to log in, depending upon whether you have a current e-mail address listed in our database or not.

Web Tools Login
NPC Web Tools Login Screen

Option 1 - To receive your password by email:

1. Under "Forget your password?", click the Have it e-mailed to you link.

2.
Enter your e-mail address when prompted and click the Continue button. If your e-mail address is in our database, your password will be sent to the e-mail address provided. Click Continue one time only, and then click Cancel, or else you will be sent an e-mail each time you click Continue.

3. If you receive a message "The email you entered was not found. Please enter a valid email address" or other similar error message, then your e-mail address is not in our database. Please proceed to option 2 to register. Or, you can contact us for help with determining what the current e-mail address is that we have on file for you.

4. After receiving your password via e-mail, you can then log in with your User ID (a unique number) or e-mail address and password.

Option 2 - Register to gain access to NPC Web Tools:

1. Under "Don't have a login?", click Register.

2. Complete the Registration Details form with as much information as possible. Please note the required fields.

3. Click the Register button at the bottom of the screen to submit the information. This information will then be processed into our database within about 24 to 48 hours. You will only be able to access the Online Giving and Registrations tabs until your registration has been processed. You will be notified by e-mail when your registration has been processed, after which you will be able to access the other resources available through NPC Web Tools.

4. Log in with your User ID (a unique number) or e-mail address and password.

How to Use NPC Web Tools

Personal Profile
Web Tools Personal Profile Tab

The Personal Profile tab contains each individual's personal and contact information. If you are part of a family unit, all members of the family will be shown here, and you can click on the individual names to see detailed information for each family member. Access this tab to make any changes to your address, telephone number, etc. Family household heads and individual members have the ability to select which information is available for other members to view in the online directory.

Registrations
Web Tools Registrations Tab

Registrations makes it easier than ever to sign up for Northminster events! Anyone can sign up for events like new member classes, seniors lunches and sneaks, women's gatherings, youth special events, etc. Select an event, complete the registration information, and then provide payment (if required).

Directory
Web Tools Directory Tab

The Directory tab contains a searchable online version of our church directory, which you are invited to use if you are a part of the Northminster community. Your personal information is not publicly available to everyone on the Web - it is private except for people from the Northminster community who have received a password and have logged in. You can choose to make more or less information available in the Directory Security settings on the Personal Profile tab.

Our online directory is for church ministry and personal use only. Use of this directory for business or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited, and by logging in to Web Tools you accept these terms of use.
