Celebrating Our 63rd Anniversary
63 Ways to Pray for Northminster

Happy Anniversary Northminster

On Sunday evening, November 4, 1951, the Presbytery of Southern Arizona met in Gertrude Cragin School and proceeded to organize Northminster Presbyterian Church. There were 44 charter members and 2 affiliate members received into the church at the organizational meeting. That was 63 years ago!

63 Ways to Pray for Northminster

As we celebrate 63 years of living in the Body of Christ ... alive ... and growing in faith, we encourage you to be praying. Please use this list as a guide as you lift up the ministries and missions of our church and those who are working and serving at Northminster.

2014 Presbyterian Women's Global Exchange to the Caribbean
November 4-20, 2014

Global ExchangeEvery three years, a group of Presbyterian Women travels to another part of the world to learn about the lives of women in that part of the world and to share faith stories and ministries with each other. It is a global exchange because, the following year, a group of women from the same part of the world is invited to attend the Churchwide Gathering of Presbyterian Women to tell their stories to their North American sisters.

Our own Bonnie Thompson is representing the Presbyterian Women in the Synod of the Southwest in the 2014 Presbyterian Women's Global Exchange to the Caribbean.

The 2014 Global Exchange will take a group of U.S. Presbyterian women to the Caribbean November 4–20, 2014. The trip will include visits to Trinidad, Curaçao and Dominican Republic. While celebrating their partnership, U.S. and Caribbean women will explore issues of shared concern, including violence and reconciliation, witness and evangelism and leadership development.

For updates on Bonnie's travels, follow her blog at
